De Buyer Tray of Individual Moulds – 12 Muffins

Thick-steel heavy tray with 12 moulds for baking 12 individual muffins ((Ø bottom: 5.3cm; Ø top: 7.8cm).
Moulds arranged in a manner to optimise the circulation of hot air.
Excellent cooking results thanks to iron: the tray reaches high temperatures, enabling the juices to caramelise.
Even diffusion of heat and uniform cooking.

Functional and practical non-stick tray: PFOA-free PTFE guaranteed coating for easier mould release, steel protection against oxidation and easy cleaning.
Grease the tray before use.
Traditional oven cooking (max. 220°C). Not suitable for the microwave oven. Do not use metal objects in the moulds.

Care: wash by hand (non-abrasive sponge). Not dishwasher-safe.
